While most real estate agents focus only on generation X and baby boomers, this real estate website focuses on both, plus a newer generation that requires different needs. A newer generation, more focused on technology, expects cutting edge website integration. This generation is more up-to-date and concerned with changing trends. They don't get their news from radio and television like the previous generation, rather their more Internet and technology focused. To market to this newer generation it is incumbent that we market your website to technology savvy customers.
If the internet presence that is marketing your home are not social media savvy and technologically up to snuff, this new generation will pass your home over. Social media knowledge is necessary.
